If you are coming from Zagreb 1/ take the Zagreb-Karlovac highway (about 43 km). 2/ After the toll station in Karlovac, drive straight forward. You have to pass through 5 crossroads with traffic lights. On the fifth crossroad turn left to Smičiklasova street. After 200 meters you will arrive at the next crossroad with lights.
