Dear exhibitors,

Unfortunately we needed to make judge substitution due to private reasons of mr. Panos. Mr. Panos has no longer permission to judge until his situation is solved and we can not allow to have him on our judge list in this unpleasant situation. We invited respected judge from Ireland, ms. Sarah Burns who will take over all breeds mr. Panos needed to judge. Only exception will be group 8 on second day of “4 Rivers Winner 2019.”  breeds English Koker Spaniel and English Springer Spaniel which will be judged by mr. Muntean.
