He started in 1961 with horse riding both jumping and dressage. His first dog was a Great Dane from kennel Airways in 1968 and they later imported from USA. In 1980 when he met Paul Stanton, he was introduced to his breeds Lhasa Apso and Tibetan Terriers.
In 1992 their kennel Tintavon was awarded the Hamilton Plaque for outstanding breeding of Lhasa Apso. They have bred with great success Lhasa Apso, Tibetan Terriers, Whippet and Thai Bangkaew Dog.
He got his official license in 1992 and became FCI all breeds judge in 2015. He has judged on all five continents. He loves his judging and his favourite groups are Sighthounds and the Toy group.
He has been Chairman of the Tibetan breed club since 2001. He enjoys judging junior handling and I was committee member in SKK Junior handling committee for many years.
His other interests include food, travelling and culture in general.
